Within City Limits: Base Rate $25 plus $2.75 per 100 cubic feet

Outside City Limits: Base Rate $30 plus $3.00 per 100 cubic feet

USD 398 Irrigation: Base Rate $25 plus $2.75 per 100 cubic feet

Water from hydrant or well-house: Min $50 plus $5.00 per 1,000 gallons

Water Service Reconnection Fee of $50.00 shall be paid prior to reconnecting a utility service disconnected following a delinquency.
