Baker Lofts - A community development initiative, the Baker Lofts project will see the creation of 13 quality affordable apartments in downtown Peabody. Project will leverage Section 42 tax credits with State and Federal Historic tax credits.

Farr Building - PMSA assisted with the financing package to purchase this building for rehabilitaiton. The total project will see the creation of a new salon on the South side of the building and a much needed laundromat on the South Side.

Mendoza's - A family owned ethnic restaurant, PMSA assisted with the financing package and local incentives to create Peabody's newest dining establishment.
